Updated Bootstraps/Fixed Twitch API failures

I have updated the Bootstraps code to v5.3.0 and fixed some Twitch API changes that caused self created API to fail.

Fixed Twitch API

For some reason my twitch API stopped working, i updated it to the New Twitch API that uses OAuth.
